At Azaleva, we work with multiple trusted suppliers and fulfillment partners to bring you trendy and quality products at the best prices. Because of this, some items may be shipped directly from different warehouses or suppliers.
We currently deliver across India only. Orders can be placed only for locations serviceable by our courier partners. If delivery is unavailable in your area, you may not be able to complete your purchase at checkout.
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp. After the order has been processed and dispatched, tracking details will also be shared with you.
Order Processing & Shipping
- Orders are usually processed within a couple of days after confirmation.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, supplier location, and courier operations.
- Most orders are delivered within 3–15 business days.
- In certain cases, such as high order volume, remote locations, public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays, delivery may take up to 10–20 business days.
As an eCommerce-based store, products may sometimes arrive in separate packages if they are sourced from different suppliers or warehouses.
Delayed or Unavailable Orders
In rare situations where a product becomes unavailable after the order is placed, Azaleva reserves the right to cancel the order and provide:
- A refund for prepaid orders to the original payment method, or
- Store credit/coupon of the same value for future purchases.
If only part of the order is available, the remaining unavailable items may be refunded or cancelled separately.
