Proof of Delivery policy
At Azaleva, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable delivery experience. Please read the following guidelines regarding Proof of Delivery (POD):
- Delivery Updates: Once your order is delivered, you may receive confirmation updates through WhatsApp, email, and courier partner notifications.
- Order Not Received: If your order status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please report the issue within 24 hours of the delivery update. This helps us raise the concern with the courier partner within the allowed time frame.
- How to Report the Issue: To escalate the matter, please email us at azalevainfo@gmail.com within 24 hours along with your order details and a brief description of the issue.
- Proof of Delivery (POD): After your request is submitted, our team will coordinate with the courier partner and share the available Proof of Delivery (POD) within approximately 72 hours.
