At Azaleva, we strive to deliver the best quality products and create a satisfying shopping experience for every customer. Each item undergoes strict quality checks and is packed with utmost care before dispatch.

However, if your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will gladly assist you.

An unboxing video is mandatory for verifying claims related to returns, damaged items, missing items, or incorrect products. This helps us process your request quickly and efficiently.

Please note that returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is received in damaged condition, or
  • The product has a manufacturing defect as described on the product page.

    To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

    • Clear photos/videos showing the defect or damage
    • Unboxing video 
    • Your Order Number
    • Registered Mobile Number

    Once we receive the details, our support team will review the request and process the replacement or refund accordingly.

    Our customer support team may contact you via phone or email if additional information is required.

    Cancellation Policy
    • Cancellation requests will only be accepted if the order has not been shipped.
    • If the cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued.
    • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

    Azaleva reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to reasons including:

    • Product unavailability
    • Pricing or technical errors
    • Incorrect personal or payment details
    • Any suspicious or fraudulent activity

REFUND 

At Azaleva, if you choose not to proceed with a replacement, we may provide you with a store coupon of the same value. The coupon can be used for future purchases on the Azaleva website within the validity period mentioned on the coupon.

For prepaid orders that are cancelled or approved for return, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout. Refunds may take approximately 10–15 working days to reflect in your account statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to the bank account details provided by the customer while submitting the refund request on the website.

Please note:

  • Delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases. If any shipping charges have already been included by the supplier or incurred during the fulfillment process, those charges will also not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • Azaleva does not provide cash refunds under any circumstances.

COUPON

  • Azaleva coupons can be applied during checkout, and the coupon value will be deducted from your total order amount. The remaining balance, if any, can be paid using any available payment method.
  • Only one coupon code is allowed per order.
  • Coupon offers cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or ongoing offers.
  • Azaleva reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any coupon offer or its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Azaleva may refuse or cancel the use of any coupon if fraudulent activity, misuse, or suspicious behavior is detected, without the obligation to provide any explanation.
  • Coupons are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • All coupons are valid only for the duration mentioned on the coupon and may expire anytime between 2 to 12 months from the date of issue. Expired coupons cannot be reactivated, refunded, or extended.
  • If an order placed using a coupon code is cancelled, the coupon may not be reinstated or available for reuse.
  • In cases of suspicious transactions or policy violations, Azaleva reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notice.
  • Any discount provided through coupons may impact the final tax amount applicable to your order.
